Let’s look at an example. A friend of ours has a particular interest - he likes to play the seramen. That’s a musical
instrument that 99.9% of you have probably never heard of. The seramen was the music that was in the background of the Beach
Boys famous recordings of Good Vibrations, and it was the sound of the flying saucers that arrive in the science fiction
movies - it’s a woo woo sound.
The truth is, the seramen is a very elegant musical instrument. When it was introduced it was
the first musical instrument, back in the 20's, used by symphony orchestras. It is a very serious instrument and very

Our friend had been interested in the seramen since he was 12, but he’d never been able to find one. So

specialty market, too - your hobbies, your interests. We have another friend who has a site that sells to parrot owners. He
gets kidded about it. The nice thing about specialty markets is they’re long lasting. You don’t have to have a killer idea
for a specialty market. You can make strong, steady profits year in and year out. He’s been selling his parrot course for
over 12 years. Now, it hasn’t made him a fortune, but it is a good, steady income builder. And you’ll find your specialty
markets can do exactly the same thing for you.
There are a number of advantages. The cost of entry is very low. You can test
the idea very inexpensively. You get the results back fast. In 60 days you know whether your site is making money or not.
Compare that to placing ads in publications, in which you may be waiting four months before you ever know if your idea is
successful or not. It’s a great way to reach markets that normally would not have been possible to sell to.
Look for items that interest you, go on the Internet, do your research, and look for other news groups, and mailing lists.
(By mailing lists, we mean subscriber lists. It’s like a news group except you get a mail each time this is going to a

on your web site that leads people back to Amazon.com and then Amazon.com pays you a commission for all your sales. That’s
what an affiliate program is, and Amazon.com is the best example of one in action.
There are thousands and thousands of
affiliate programs available on the Internet. There are so many of them that it would be hard for one single person to find
them all. Most people wouldn’t have any need for all of them, but if you’re a web site, you would have a need for several of
the best affiliate programs that cater to your specific market. That could be a valuable piece of content to have on your web
site, and could very well provide a valuable service to your web site visitor.
What I recommend you do is start a web site
and call it something like www.affiliateware house.com or www.affiliateoutlet.com, or something like that. Both of these
names are probably already taken, in fact. I had not checked to see if they were taken, but you can certainly do that. This
way your web site simply becomes a one-stop affiliate shop where other web sites can come to find out about dozens, or even
hundreds, of different affiliate programs that are available to their specific market. They simply click the link from your
web site and then go directly to that affiliate program to sign up. You could even offer a package where youactually sign them up for affiliate programs. I don’t recommend you do that, though. It is simply easier if you just say,
“Click here to go directly to their web site and sign up for their affiliate program.”

You basically become an outlet.
Everybody comes to you to find all of the appropriate affiliate programs in their specific market. You might have hundreds,
or even thousands, of different affiliate programs available. You would become the Yahoo of the affiliate world, where every
web site owner that was interested in affiliate programs could come to you to find out about the affiliate programs in their
market.
You would categorize the different affiliate programs so your visitors would have an easier time sorting through
them. If they were a business that catered to the opportunity market, they could see a list of opportunity type affiliate
programs. If they were interested in any kind of subject matter, they could instantly see a list of affiliates in that
particular area of interest.
You might even offer a search feature. Maybe they knew the name of an affiliate program but they
weren’t sure what it was. They could search for that affiliate program by name and it would immediately pull that up so they

This way they could get your recommendation for how powerful you believe each affiliate program is. Those are the kinds of
things you could do as you expand, and as you build your business. You might just want to start by offering the affiliate
links themselves.
Okay, now you’ve got your content on your site and you’ve got other web sites getting their content from
your web site. How do you make your money?
You can make your money selling advertising. By having all these different
affiliate programs listed on your web site, what are you going to get? The answer is, lots and lots of traffic!

Let’s say you go out, do some research, and create a searchable directory of content for web site owners. There are
two ways you can seriously cash in with this type of a web site. First, you can sell banner advertising on your site. Let’s
say, for example, that you sell banner advertising on your site for just $250.00 per week. In one year, (52 weeks a year) one

web site owner gets a merchant account through you, if you sign up with the program. If your web site gets just one web site
owner to sign up for a merchant account every day, and you get $200.00 every day, 365 days a year, you would make $73,000.00

Think of all the money he was losing because he just offered a basic package! Whatever product you are working on and
selling, we recommend you think about creating two or three different versions of that package. By doing so you’re going to
get some people that just want to stick with the basic. Other people want to upgrade to the deluxe, and you might even have a
gold and a platinum package!
The one thing I like about creating two versions of your product is that it allows you to get
some sales from people who want to spend a little more money, or don’t mind spending a little more money to get a more
advanced version.
Perhaps you’re sitting there thinking, “I have one product but I don’t know what else I could add to it to
enhance it and give it more value, and to charge more.” Try stripping something away from it and charging less!
If you have a
$295.00 package right now, try taking something out and making a lower priced package that sells for $195.00. It will just
includes less of the material you had in the previous version.
Don’t always think that you have to add something and create a
higher priced package. Many times you can take something out. You might only include audio tapes if you have audio tapes and
a full book or course that goesalong with it. You could only include the audio tapes for $195.00 or $95.00, and then include the whole package for the price
that you’re selling it for now.

in print mail we just send out one letter and that’s it. The great thing about the Internet is you can send out sequences of
letters.
There is a gentleman I know that has a web site, and he sells a product for $1,000.00. he knows every sale is going
to take some real effort!
He has taken his proven sales letter on the Internet and he gone back to those customers again, and
again, and again with that sales letter ... nine times at last count!
Now, he doesn’t hit them all in a week! He hits them
over a period of a month or two. Since the Internet is so inexpensive to market with, and there are many automatic tools out
there to help, he can go back to those people nine times and get the maximum profits possible.

Don’t just send out to people once! Turn a great letter into a sequence of letters! Remember, e-mail marketing is low-cost or
no cost! You can do it! Sequence your e-mail sales letters a number of times!
3. Up-sell on your Internet order form.
This is
something I don’t see being done very much, but it is a great idea. Picture this: you’ve got the person, they want to order,
they hit the submit button and up pops another screen, “Hey! Now that you’ve ordered maybe you’d like to add this $10.00 book
... This $20.00 audio package ... This $100.00 video tape package.”
Do it immediately, while they’re in the buying mood! Just
add that package right after your order form. You don’t even have to come up with your own product.
One thing a friend of
ours did on his site is, as soon as they hit that “submit” button, it took them to another page with affiliate programs. He
could say, “Hey! You were interested in the product. Here are some affiliate programs that deal with the same topic. Click
there and go and see what they have!”
He’s found it amazing that he could be sitting on his computer, and up would pop an
e-mail message with that person’s order form. In the next 30-45 minutes he would get another e-mail from that affiliate
company saying, “Hey!

Try to put yourself in the customer’s mind, and think about when they’ve already filled out the order form.
How many times have you gone to an order form and, once you’ve thought about filling it, concluded that, “I don’t want to
enter all that information again.”
People are lazy! If you make it easy to send an e-mail stating, “Hey! I want this, too,”
then that customer doesn’t have to enter that information again!
4. Mail more often.
E-mail marketing is low-cost or no cost.
Don’t mail to your people every month, two months, or three months. Go to them with more offers. The more offers you go to
them with, the more responsive they’ll become. You’ll train them to look for your offers and to purchase from you more.
5.
Test raising your prices or your fees.
It doesn’t matter what you’re selling, you need to test. Some of the best ways to find
out what works or what doesn’t work is simply by testing. You’ll never know the best price of a product unless you test!

Five Things You Can Do Once You Have Your Interview
We’ve come up with five different things you can do once you have the
interviews. Again, really there is no limit to how many you do. If you wanted to find five web site owners to interview - if
you wanted to find ten, twenty, however many you feel comfortable with, and if you target one specific market area, you’ll
find that you’ll have more success selling them as a group.
The first is to put the interview in digital format, available
for immediate download. You can have a digital/audio file right on your web site, so when people go to the web site, they
click on the interview, and maybe they read a little portion of the transcript, or maybe they even hear a sample.
They hear a
small sample - maybe it’s a 30 minute interview and you’ve got five minutes of the interview as a digital preview file so
people can click it and instantly hear. Then they can go ahead and buy the entire interview, and immediately have it
downloaded to their computer, so they can listen to it any time they want to.
The second idea is Compact Disc’s. Again, a lot
of people are putting information on C.D. as well. So you can not only haveaudio in computer format, but you can also have C.D.’s that people can purchase and get something to play in their car or
around the home.

The third idea is written transcripts. This is something that we’ve been successful with before. It’s where you actually take the transcript from an audio version and put it into print so that people can have something to follow along with. Again, when it is written, you can also make it in digital format and available on the Internet. Maybe people can not only get the digital audio version, but they also get the digital printed version to download at the exact same time so they can read it at their leisure.
The fourth idea is something that I know has been successful for some people - an ongoing interview of the month. Instead of actually selling several interviews as a package, you could do one a month and people sign up almost like a newsletter, except it is an audio newsletter.
Each month you send out a new interview, and perhaps the transcript of it to people who have paid to receive it. Each month they get a new interview and you could keep that going on as long as you find new people to interview. There are thousands and thousands of successful web sites out there, so your material could be virtually endless.

The fifth way is an interesting way. The more we think about it, the more it sounds like something that could be very successful for someone who wanted to do it. Develop an interactive C.D. ROM, where you not only have the audio interview but also the written transcript available for people to just click and print, or view, on the C.D.
You also show, right on the C.D. a picture of that person’s web site. Maybe you even have the web site actually saved on the C.D. so that people not only can hear the interview and read the interview, but they can also see the person’s web site, and you can actually use it as a teaching tool. People can see how to develop their own web sites, based on the success of this other person that you’ve interviewed.
Those are just five quick ideas. If you can work with audio cassette tapes and interview other people, it gives you a tremendous opportunity to create products without having to write a single word.

Here’s something that folks may not be aware of. There are millions of people on-line, but a lot of those people are on-line while they are at their job and they’re listening to the radio shows while they’re working or goofing off.

Start a discussion group on your web site. Become famous within your niche. There are people that are doing this right now. They’ve got web sites, and within their niche, all of the people come to their web site, constantly, to be involved in the discussion group. No reason why you can’t have one, too.
Number two, put on as many links as you can that are related to your web site, or your niche, of people that are selling different things or have different information, they are not competing directly with you. You’ve got as many links as possible on your web site. People come to your web site almost as if it’s a freeway on-ramp.
Most web sites are like dead ends. They go to your web site and it’s a dead end. They can go no further. A “money magnet” web site is a web site people come to so they can go to other places. You have constantly changing links and new places that your customers can go to. They’ll keep coming back to your web site because that will make it so much easier for them to go to different web sites that are of interest to them.
A third idea is an electronic newsletter. You would keep the newsletter in your web site. People could download it if they wanted to, but they had to come to your web site to get it. You’ve got a new newsletter all the time, and you’re constantly changing that. Another idea is to have contests. Maybe you have a contestevery month, and you try to make it fun. These ideas give people a compelling reason to come to your site. Most web sites don’t have any compelling reason for people to go to them. By doing these, and other things, you give people a lot of reasons to keep coming back.

How You Can Create A Product That’s Full Of Years Of Experience - Even If You’ve Only Been In The Market For ONE WEEK!
This article stems from a situation when I was helping a client who was in some pretty serious trouble. He called me up and said, “I started my mail order business, but I’m kind of in a bind.” I said, “Well, explain it to me.” He said, “I set up my mail order business. I’ve got a fax machine, phone lines, computers, and I made contacts with printers, a mailing house, and all this stuff. I even bought my first ad in a magazine.”
I said, “It sounds like you’re off to a great start. What’s the problem?” He said, “Well, you know, I don’t have a product.” That’s kind of a big problem, especially after you paid a couple hundred bucks for advertising in a magazine and the deadline is quickly coming up.
I said, “What do you want the product to be? Do you have any ideas?” He said, “Well, I’d love it to be a product about making money in marketing. For example, it could be about all the different ways you can market products. It seems like that’s a hot market. The people would love to read that type of information in the place where I’m advertising. That’s the kind of product I want to sell.”

I said, “Okay, how much experience do you have? Could you write a product like that?” He said, “Well, you know, I’ve been doing this now maybe a month. I read all the books.” I said, “Well, not too many people are going to buy a marketing book from a person who’s had one month of experience and basically has made no money in marketing. What you need to do is use this idea.”
There are a lot of experts concerning this topic. A lot of these marketing experts have been doing this ten, fifteen, twenty, or thirty years. They write articles for a lot of the money making and opportunity magazines. You’ll actually find this in a lot of different niches, not just with this niche.
Let’s say you’re interested in horses or arts and crafts. A lot of these magazines have articles written by experts who have been in the field for five, ten, fifteen, twenty, or thirty years. In many cases, what you can do is contact these experts and say, “Look. I’m compiling a product right now.” It’s all on a specific topic. (In this case, it was all on marketing.) What he did was he contacted Russ.
He also contacted a couple of other experts who have articles in these money-making publications and he said, “Look, I would like to reprint your article exactly the way it is. I won’t edit it. I won’t change a word. It will be your wording. I would like to reprint that inmy own book. In exchange for that, I’ll let you put any offer you want at the end of that article that I put in the book.” That’s, in many cases, the exact deal that these authors get with the magazines. Their payment is getting this free advertising at the end of the article.

Literally, within a day, he had a compiled book all on marketing, all from experts who had been in the industry for a decade. It’s now ready to sell using the advertising that he’d previously purchased. That’s if you’re just doing it through print publications.
Remember, he made the contacts all within a one day period, then he had to go back through and retype the information, reformat it, and put it into book format. Basically, the authorization, and all the articles, he had compiled within a one day period.

Make Big Profits For Years to Come - From Something That Only Takes 60 Seconds Of Your Time!
Now we’re going to cover some things that only take 60 seconds that can make you big profits for years to come. We know that sounds a little hard to believe - that you can actually do something in just a minute or less that can pay you cash dividends for years to come - but it’s the truth, and you’ll know exactly how to do it when we’ve finished.

Whatever market you are in, you can find discussion forums in your market, and they are easy to find just by searching the web sites that your market caters to. There are lots of them out there.
Basically, a discussion forum, if you are not familiar with them, is kind-of like a bulletin board where people come and chat, except it’s not in real time. You don’t actually see responses live, although it’s almost instantaneous. If it is a marketing forum, for example, there would be a list of people who posted questions and then people who answered the questions, so that you would see them in a streaming format.
At the very top of the page is the most recent question that they posted or a comment that they had, and then underneath that you’ll see a list of people who responded to that and their messages. You can click on it, read the full question, and you can read the full response.
Now, what you can do to use this to your advantage and to drive people to your web site for years to come, is you can actually start participating in these discussions that are related to your market.
There are three different kinds of people that visit discussion forums. The first kind are the people that ask questions. The second are people who answer questions. The third is theperson who doesn’t ask or answer, but they visit the web site and read the questions and the responses. That is going to be the largest group of people and you are going to find that the people who ask are also the ones who answer in some cases, and visa versa.

What you want to do is be the one who answers a lot of the questions. What most of these people do, if you notice, at the end of your response or your questions - every time you make a statement on there - what you can actually do is enter the name of your web site and a brief, one-line classified ad about your web site.
You don’t want to blatantly advertise, you don’t want to start posting ads for your web site. You want to actually respond and give real, valuable feedback to people who are asking questions. When you do, you can go ahead and enter your web site address and a slogan, and get people to visit your web site.
Ideally, you are going to be visiting and participating in discussion forums that are related to your website and your marketplace, so that people who read these messages that you’ve left and responded to questions, ideally, they’re going to be interested in the same things you are and they can go to your web site and get more information.
For example, if you have a web site on marketing, you might have a free report onyour website, and at the end of your answer where you answered someone’s question you might have a link to your web site and something that said, “Free Report – 13 Secrets To Make More Money With Your Website Now.” Something like that where people who are reading your response to someone else’s question says, “Here’s some free information on this website, I think I’ll click on it.” So they’ll come to your web site and, hopefully, buy products.

Now, how this 60 seconds worth of work can pay off for years to come is very simple. These discussion forums on the Internet, and the messages that you post, stay on there forever. There really is no reason for them to remove it. What they do is they keep the most current ones on their discussion forum that they have listed there.
You might only scroll down and see maybe the last week’s discussion on there, some of them might have the last month, and some even have a few month’s responses on there depending on how active the forum is. What they do is, once they’ve got it where it pops off that current list, they put it in an archive. All people do when they’re looking, they have a question related to that discussion forum, they’ll actually search the archives. Most of them have search features where you can search for keywords, and they can find your response for years to come, and in your response you’re also going to have that link to your web site.
That’s how you can make big profits for years to come - from something that only takes 60 seconds of your time!

Generating leads and developing a lead program is impossible if you do not know your market, your customers, and then you don’t know how to attract customers. A lead program is a way to attract customers to you.
Initially, you just want people to “raise their hand.” In other words, you run ads that are targeted to reach the kind of people you most want to reach. In this way you reach the people and try to get them to do business with you one time. That is the summation of what a lead generating program is.
Study everything when it comes to your market. What attracts your prospects and customers? What interests them? These are the sorts of things that will help you develop a solid lead-generation program.
Know who your market is, what they want, and how to best supply them with what they want. These are the things that can make you super rich!

How Your “Hidden Asset” Can Help You Bring In Up To Ten Thousand Dollars... Or More!
One instant product that I help many people with is their customer name lists. They come to me and say, “Gosh, we’re having a cash flow shortage,” or “we’re trying to grow our business and what we want is to move into a building and acquire some equipment,” or “what we need is to increase our sales.”
I’d always find this hidden asset since I knew about lists whereas they didn’t. I’d say, “Well, how many customer names are in your computer?” “We’ve got seventeen thousand names,” they’d say. Dump those on a disk and there’s your product!

What Is A “Blind” Offer? And How Can It Increase Your Sales And Profits?
What is a “blind” offer? And how can it increase your sales and profits?
A “blind” offer is where you detail the benefits a prospect will get if they buy your product, but you don’t explain the basics of how the product works.
For instance, we might relate that it involves addressing, filling, and mailing envelopes . . . but if we don’t tell you what you’re sending in the envelopes or why we want you to do it, we’re giving you a blind offer.
Blind offers tend to work their best when they’re inexpensive. From our experience, we’d say that if you’re charging less than $50 dollars for it, it could be a good candidate for a blind offer. In fact, sometimes these low-cost blind offers will outpull an offer that’s clearly explained.
How are they able to do this? The curiosity factor is usually the reason. A blind offer really strikes a prospect with curiosity, and when they see it doesn’t cost much to find out what it’s all about, the curiosity gets the better of them.
Blind offers are another good choice you have at your option. If you use them correctly, they could bring you a lot of money!
